A: iPhone, Android and Windows Phone are all supported with a dedicated application.

Q: How can I create an account for exopoint ?

A: From a mobile application, click on the sign-up link or button. From the exopoint web site, go to sign-up link.

 

Q: I followed all steps to create an account, but I am not able to connect.

A: Check if you have correctly activated your account by following the link you recieved by email.

 

Q: I didn't recieved the confirmation email.

A: Check your spam folder.

 

Q: What is my username?

A: Your username is the e-mail address you used to sign-up.

Q: How can I access the exopoint service web site?

A: Simply navigate to https://exopoint.exoscale.ch.

 

Q: How can I access the X.DAYS event information?

A: Follow this link, or go to exopoint service and select the X.DAYS event.

 

Q: I cannot fill the survey. Where must I go to see the survey?

A: All events don't have a survey. For X.DAYS, the survey is only activated during the event. During the event, if you don't see the survey button, try to refresh the page. If you are using a mobile application, try the following:

 - iPhone and Android: go to the first screen and start synchronization (you should be online for this).

 - Windows Phone: go to the the first screen and wait for the synchronization to end (you should be online for this).

Q: I'm unable to enter survey answers on iPhone.

A: Please go to the Settings and in the 'Troubleshooting' section, click on 'Clear local data' button.
